Slow Pay Pamper Casino
I redeemed a $100 Free chip when I signed up for Pamper Casino. I fulfilled the $4000 play through and requested a withdrawal on Christmas. The next day I received an email requesting a copy of my ID and a bill with my address on it. I faxed the documents within an hour of email and replied to the ticket already created. I asked for a confirmation of documents received.
I have called in twice and made additions to the ticket that was created and still no response. I just want to receive the withdrawal and be able to deposit real money into my casino account. I just would think the Casino would want to show a new customer how fast they respond to questions and make them feel comfortable depositing money. I hate being ignored. What's the point of offering a free chip, slow paying, and not letting someone deposit real money into their account until the account is cleared?
This player has already been responded to by the Accounting Department. They are in clear violation of the terms and conditions
Term #8 - Don't open multiple accounts
