slow pay out at WinPalace Casino
submitted a withdrawal on December 3rd and this is now Jan 14th and still do not have wire transfer in my bank........withdrew 800 in Nov. and then they said my account was no longer eligible for bonuses or comps.....not really happy with this casino so far.......

Hello Rick, If the money was sent earlier this week I don't think I would have a pending withdrawal balance..so I don't know what this is supposed to mean so obviously I still need assistance.. I will check with my bank again tomorrow to see if it is in my account yet......51 days and still counting.........Linda

still no payout and no answers to my emails to them.....I posted a complaint on another site and he contacted them and they said they were already working on it......
finally my account was credited today, two months and one week later....was contacted by Adrianna from winpalace about two weeks ago and finally got my withdrawal, no explanation was given for the delay, she just re sent the wire transfer, don't know why that wasn't done earlier but am happy to finally get my money.......
