on the 1st of February I asked for payment in old havana casino ,.
since I did not get a confirmation email if I have to withdraw funds from my casino account .
but I print a picture if I had been put through a withdrawal of $ 125 .
I am often asked about the withdrawal of the financial department , but they always give the same answer if my payment would diprosea the next few days .
even now I still have not received the payment , has exceeded the specified time frame .
I doubt if they will not pay me .

We found the problem - the user name you provided here is not the one used in Old Havana which is why we couldn't find you.
Your withdrawal was paid Feb. 10th via Neteller - $25.00 was deducted from the $125.00 because this was a sticky bonus with a max payout of $100.00. Your payment was sent to the Neteller account you have on file. This matter is now closed on our end. Thank you
