Slotty Vegas Casino - Unustified confiscation of balance and winnings

I deposited some funds and won.

$999 withdrawal and $260 cash still in my account to play.

Casino decided to close my account and confiscate all funds deposit and winnings and withdrawal without proper reasoning.

LTK17137085389X is the reference number.

They won't give me proper reasoning nor refund my money.

As you are fully aware, you have defrauded the company by abusing of a glitch in a well known payment method on our site, resulting in your stealing of thousands of euros which are not yours to keep. Your details have been forwarded to the relevant authorities who will deal with your case appropriately, as you have already been informed.

Your comments are totally subjective.
I asked you to confirm in writing the account details which your casino has ignored my requests.

I would ask again on this public forum for you to provide account details and history for Slotty Vegas for my account as well as the deposit history.

I think it will clearly show on this casino only one account user who won fair and square with a legitimate deposit.

Not only have you confiscated the winnings but also my deposit and have not provided reasoning formally communicated.

If you are to confiscate my funds you are in turn defrauding me by taking my deposits and closing my account.

Surely you should at least return the deposits or show evidence of my account under the casino Slotty Vegas with wrong doing.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with enough information and evidence /including a detailed history of players transactions/ on behalf Slotty Vegas casino management in regards of this complaint. Based on that information we can confirm and justify the casino findings on this particular case and namely, the fact that player has indeed ''defrauded the company by abusing of a glitch in a well known payment method on their site'' resulting in a loss of thousands of euros due to that fraudulent activity. As a result, Slotty Vegas casino management did what every company would do to protect its interests and closed players account as soon as his identification has been confirmed as well as seized players balance.
