I received an email from them stating that the payment has not been processed because they need to confirm my full name, address, username, and casino I was playing at. This is bull crap because I have submitted all info. They said no payment has been posted and it will take another 10-20 days.

I played the entire bonus until it was gone like they said so the whole 400 should be mine. I spent all the promotional bonus in order to withdraw so that's a lie

That means that bonus will be removed from winnings upon withdrawal approval. Bonus redeemed gave you $400 and that was the amount removed.
