now after talking to live chat, I am being told to wait another 2 business day. Seems they need some verification. this is BS!!!!!!! all of my documents are on file as I have had 2 payouts rec'd from them in the past 30 days. After speaking with my vip manager, they do not need anything. but still no tracking info. yes you can play at this casino, but try to withdrawal and you get major delays and excuses. Waiting time is 6-8 weeks before you receive your payout from the date of request. Withdrawal more than 50% of total deposits and your account will be blocked from unrestricted bonuses, vip player or not!!

Thank You very much, I did rec. the check for 2044.02 today. The final withdrawal of 1200 was approved on 5/25 and as of today has still not been sent to the processor

Thank you again!! I rec'd the check today. I really do like this casino!! You just have to be aware that your payout will take 4- 6 weeks from the date of request to the date the funds are in your hands. I just wish they didn't take so long. Case closed, happy camper :)
