Casino has now closed my account because I made a complaint with forum about there lack of payout for my winnings of 500. They said I never sent in form or my necessary documents, I faxed in information twice and scanned information twice the most recent today 5/17/2013. There solution was to close my account and refund my deposits in time payments. Apparently my winnings are lost forever. I paid money for copies,faxes and scans with no results.
This complaint can be considered solved!
