Slots of Vegas Casino now closed my account

CASINO HAS NOW CLOSED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I MADE A COMPLAINT WITH FORUM ABOUT THERE LACK OF PAYOUT FOR MY WINNINGS OF 500. THEY SAID I NEVER SENT IN FORM OR MY NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, I FAXED IN INFORMATION TWICE AND SCANNED INFORMATION TWICE THE MOST RECENT TODAY 5/17/2013. THERE SOLUTION WAS TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND REFUND MY DEPOSITS IN TIME PAYMENTS. APPARENTLY MY WINNINGS ARE LOST FOREVER. I PAID MONEY FOR COPIES,FAXES AND SCANS WITH NO RESULTS.

I've checked your account and it it not closed. Your withdrawal was declined since you still need to send a Clear scan Copy of your ID.

Last time I checked account was still opened unfortunately Casino informed me that your account has been closed since you have contacted the processor telling you do not accept the charges to your Credit Cards. Fraud department closed all your accounts on Coolcat Casino Group during the weekend.

As explained before, according to the processor player refused the charges made and therefore Fraud department has closed all his accounts
