Slots of Fortune - reversed my withdrawal

I played with Slots of Fortune and won $318.00 on April 12th. I requested a eBank Withdrawal and checked it everyday to see when they were going to process the request. Everyday, it stated it was processing my request.

Today, I just received an email from the stating that MY reversal has been processed as requested. See email below:

Your reversal has been processed.

Dear Ms. Townsend,

Your username is kgrayer.

Your withdrawal for 318 has been reversed. If you did not request this reversal, please contact our member services and we will be pleased to help.

Your account balance is currently 318.00.

I immediately got online with their chat support and the young lady told me there was nothing she could do for me. When I checked to see if I could withdraw again using eBank, the option was no longer available only eWallet account which I don't have anyway. I sent them an email stating that I want my money ASAP and I want the withdrawal put back. They processed two credit card payments from me very easily and I want my damn money.
