Slots Jungle Jackpot win approval delayed
i would like someone to help me. I have been playing at Slots Jungle for a little while now and i won a jackpot. I was very happy to win and i understood about the installment payment which i dont mind at all, ( i think of it this way, EXTRA PAYCHECK every week) the problem i am having is redeeming my comp points. I have lots of emails to me saying that my account manager has to approve me to be able to redeem them. I dont understand what is going on. I feel that is my money to redeem since i have wager money to keep playing. I have called the casino and they tell me they cant help it has to be approved by the finance dept. i am so fraustdated and dont know what else i can do.PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME

the Slotsjungle casino notified me that your comp points will be redeemed into real money, however you need to be patient. there are procedures within the casino which will allow you to redeem your comp points within the next week or so.

Other casinos i play at i can redeem on the spot. but i will try to be patient. Will there be any restriction on my comp points like( i wont be able to withdraw any) or are they going to put a playthru on my points. But like i said i just want to play my slots .LOL Thanks again Rick

uh oh ... that happened to me after I won a large amount with them and had alot of comp points ... All of my comp redemptions had to be done through the finance department and I pretty much had to fight for the comps. Beware though, if you complain at all about this casino being slow to pay or not paying, even if you are a regular depositor and a VIP they will bonus ban you with no legitimate reason whatsoever. It happened to me so beware!
