Slots Jungle don't pay $9500

I played at Loco Panda and Slots Jungle, won at both of them and not being paid my winnings.

In Slots Jungle I won $15,000 only $5000 were paid the rest I am waiting and waiting but no payment

I spoke to them on the phone and they gave me an email of one of the managers there Johnny but he could not help.

Johnny mentioned there is an investigation running but it takes too long and I expect them to pay already.

It takes so long that it makes no sense. Why would somebody who win big and got part of his money all of sudden being investigated and why does it take too long.

If there is an investigation as you say why nobody in calling me to discuss the problem.

we have strong evidence that you have commenced fraud, not just in our casinos, but in many more.

Rick, I played in many online casinos and I was paid in all of them without questions.

I remember I won in one more RTG Casino is this the many more you are refering to

Why to say such things. What many more are you refering to.

I am very picky when it comes to playing in RTG Casino and except your brand and maybe 2 more I never touch RTG Casinos. Which many more, show me one that said I am fraud.

I am not wasting your time. Would you be able to give me a third party, a honest one to look at your evidence and decide who is right in the complaint.

Your accusation of fraud are serious and I sent a private message in another forum asking to have these claims being reviewd by another party but so far no reply.

I am not trying to waste your time, please understand it is 22,000 your brand owe me what would you do instead of me ? all I ask is for a honest third party you show your claims infront and if he or she decide I did something wrong I promise I will be the first to write it was my mistake here
