Waiting on THREE electronic deposits.(total $569 u.s) Typically takes maybe 10 days from the time I submit my electronic withrdrawal request. It's been 18 days, emailed my "account manager" no response, called customer service, I was told they were having problems and having delays, but I would get my money... NEXT week. came and went. Called again. Same story. I was due my third deposit, that never arrived, given the same song and dance. They'll deduct your money in 20 seconds, but take their time paying out your winnings. The worse is NO response from customer service as to the explaination of WHAT caused the delay. Being in the U.S. and these sites are on foreign soil. no Legal recourse can be taken. Now I'm suppose to call back tomorrow and speak to an entirely NEW and different account manager!! What happened to Julia Lewis???

I'd rather drive an hour to the Indian casino where I get to walk out with my winnings!!

Account managers need to know a Bad response is better than NO response! First rule in Customer service. Tell your customer the truth!!!
