Slots Jungle Casino - Still waiting for my money via wire transfer

I am a regular depositing so-called VIP player at Slots Jungle. I deposit with them almost exclusively (up to a few thousand each month; at least $500 min) for last 2 years or so. I rarely ever cash out and have done so 5 x or less - ever (less than $6k total in 2 yrs - including my missing $1200 withdrawn on 12/5/12). I was advised on 12/11/12 that the $1200 withdrawal had been sent to my bank via wire transfer (as in the past). I started inquiring a few days later as I know the money always hits my bank in 2 days max if wired. I was told to wait a few days and of course understood they say it takes up to 5 business days. About 8 - 10 business days later, no money received, and when someone finally responds they tell me there was a delay in processing (a problem with a new 3rd party processor) and to give it a few more days. A few more days later I was told hopefullym fixed and i should get money soon, hopefully on 12/24th. No money received so notified them and sent copy of bank statement proving no money received (as they requested) and then told the problem would be forwarded to management to investigate. The last email i received 2 days ago was not even meant for me - it was meant for another player who was told that her money was sent but delayed due to holidays. I know she hasn't gotten her money yet either because funny enough we belong to same forum (lates­tca­sin­obo­nuses). Daniel from that forum has been trying to help me too and he is now the only person who ever responds. I've been abandoned by my previously great VIP rep who hasnt responded to me in several days and only a few times since this mess started! Now I dont know if or when I will get my money as i've received no response to emails in last 2-3 days (except for one email meant for a different player). I have repeatedly requested ok, if it was sent, can i get a confirmation # for wire transfer - ignored - can you tell me new date supposedly sent (since obviously not sent on 12/11 as promised) - again i was ignored. I want my money and/or answers. This is becoming very suspicious. When someone ignores a person they owe money to - it's not good - they are dodging you for a reason. I have saved all my emails with various excuses as well as my unanswered emails sent to them.

I did receive the money on 1/7/13. Problem resolved. thanks.
