Slots Jungle Casino - Phoney Gifts again?!

Slots Jungle sent me an email again offering me a gift for being a loyal player. They sent the first on in March 13 and I finally received the gift in June after many many emails stating that I had not received it eventually finding out it was sent to an old address after I indicated my address on the original gift request. Now again in August I received another offer of a gift and I made my choice and again I have not received it> I have explained that I live in a home and someone is here everyday all day. They told me it was delivered and I asked when was it delivered and who signed for it and to date no one has told me this information. I have played at this casino for years and why they keep sending me these emails and not follow through I am baffaled. This is so trivial to do to a so called VIP player. Can you help get this matter resolved. The manager seem to have been offended when I seeked your assistance with the first gift and then here we go again. I want it because I feel like it is the only thing I have gotten for playing because I certainly have'nt won noting. Furthermore they respond to my email when they feel the need to also.

for whatever reason, gifts don’t arrive to you. They work fine for everyone else, not sure for the reason here.

we spoke to you and we agreed that in the place of gifts, you would receive special bonuses in the casino .

Yes you stated that in place of gifts you would offer me a bonus, as the gift I have'nt received that either. When can I expect to hear from you for that. As I stated it takes forever to get the results from you.
