not paying me
I received a birthday present of $70 to play in their casino. I am suppose to be a VIP but that is a joke in itself.
I played the $70 and won, then met their playthrough requirements. I went to cash out and the trouble begain.
I have jumped through all their many many hoops to get my cash out since March 10th 2013 and they still to this day have not paid me and it 4-3-2012.
I keep getting emails from a man named Johnny@slotsjungle.com telling me to send him my bank statements to show I have not received my withdrawal. It is spooky as heck to send a perfect stranger my bank statements and so far he has asked me twice and both times I sent it.
Then I get the excuse that their 3rd party wire transfer people are having problems, etc etc etc.
They are just stalling me and they owe me money and I want it as I won it fair and square.
They game me other email address's to talk to or send yet more documents, faxback@slotsjungle.com, jane@slotsjungle.com, and none of them will answer me when I ask why this Johnny at slotsjungle keeps asking me to send my bank statements.
You would think they can communicate with this wire transfer vender and confirm that the money was not sent so to me, this is all a big stall and they never intend to send the money even though they said it was approved back on March 18th 2013.
I need someone to help me get my money and warn everyone not to play at slotsjungle, they do not pay you...
