On July 3rd and July 11th I was approved for $1,000 for each of the respective dates. The payouts were stated I would receive my wires within 5 days. It is now a more than a month later for the first withdrawal of $1,000 and nearly a month for the 2nd withdrawal of $1,000. I have repeatedly contacted the casino and am told over and over again they are sorry for the inconvenience but that they are waiting on the processing bank to respond to them regarding my wires. I have questioned why although these withdrawals on are different dates why is it that there is a problem with both of them. However, they always avoid explaining any of the facts, but just say sorry for the delay. I believe any bank could have found out by now where the wires are. In the past, wires would sometimes take 7 days instead of 5 days, then again some only took 3 days. I do not believe the casino is being honest with me and has failed to payout my 2 withdrawals. Any help would be appreciated.

On August 8, 2013 I received the first wire from Slots Jungle. To date, I have not received the second wire of $1,000 that was stated to be in my bank account by July 12th. Currently, I can see that Slots Jungle has not responded to you. I will inform you if and when the second wire is received. Please continue to request the status of the second wire. For information purposes the second wire was approved and I was notified it would be sent to my bank within 5 days.

Oddly enough, later in the day on August 8th I received the second wire. All is resolved and satisfied with Slots Jungle. Thanks for your help.

Good news. One day after your investigation started I received one wire for $1,000 on August 8th in the morning and on the same day in the afternoon I received the second wire for $1,000. Thanks for your help. All is resolved successfully.
