Slots Jungle Casino Deposit Scam

I deposited $30 to the cashier at the SLOTS JUNGLE site. I then attempted to play INSTANT PLAY games but was unable to do so as I got the error notice: Game unable to load due to undefined error. Press OK to continue. After trying this several times I received a phone call from "Chris" to verify my deposit information. He then said that everything is okay on his end and that I should be able to play. I could not. Everytime I tried to contact someone through live chat it was "Chris" and he kept saying "One moment please" and then hanging up on me. I went to my email and I clicked on their website attached to the email and it kept opening up to WIN PALACE Casino although it said SLOTSJUNGLE.COM. Here is my deposit confirmation from my email. did you experience additional errors like described on your post?

please inform that you can now enter your account and your account balance is correct.

my guess is that you just experienced some sort of a downtime but in order to know for sure i will need more details from you for example:

your OS, your Location (or IP address )

the exact date and time it occurred.
