Very unresponsive and unprofessional Customer Support.
Slots Inferno Casino - Support chat does not help at all
Hello, everyone,
I won $150 at Slotsinferno at the end of January 2012. Until 22nd February I sent back all the necessary documents (faxback, copy of ID card, address card, credit card), but until end of March I always have been told, there's a problem with my documents, like 'The email I sent had no attachments', or 'We can not open the files you sent'. In April they told me, there was a technical problem with their system, that's why they cancelled my withdrawal request.
After the 20th chat with support, the 21st could not happen because the computer signed me system errors, if like my account have been cancelled. I opened a new account to be able to chat with support at all to ask why they are not sending me my winning. With this account I didn't use any bonus and didn't use to play with it, I only wanted to chat.
After 4 days I got an email that my withdrawal request have been approved and they have withdrawn my money to my Click2Pay account. After 4 days it was suspicious that the money doesn't arrive, because it should have arrive within 36 hours.
At the next chat I have been told that I offended the terms and conditions and my withdrawal request have been cancelled. Today I'm gonna make a report to Visa, MasterCard and Click2Pay.
The chat support will be reported because of continous lieing and hoaxing. All chatting and emails of ours have been saved to my PC.
Is there anyone who can help me about it?

Dear Rafael if you lie again, that you can't send email to costumers, then I ask for a copy of an email that's destination is the accounting department, at least send it to someone else too, so it seems like it's not a fake email, so it looks a bit more authentic.
I want to make a report about the employers of the chat support of Slotsinferno, because since they are working for them they can see that lots of people will not be paid, and they are continously lieing to costumers. I just don't know where could I make the report about them.
Any idea?
and what do you plan to do about this? I'm gonna make a report to my bank next wednesday
