Slots Capital Casino - Refused to give me my monthly cashback

I have played at this casinos for months. I have never had a withdrawal. The play time has always been bad, but because I thought this was a reputable casino, I kept playing there. They give a cash back bonus the 1st day of every month. This month they refuse to give me my bonus and nothing has changed from all the months before. the live chat person, Amy, said my bonuses were more than my losses. I don't understand what she is talking about. I always lose, I have not cashed out anything. They won't talk with me, she said a supervisor was not available . Will you please let people know they will not stand up to what they say. I am so disappointed with Slots Capital. I deserve my cash back bonus. Thanks.
