This has been more than pathetic. I was late in rent and to help. They offered a payout early. I explained to them it was 100 a day all recorded in chat. I spoke to a supervisor who guaranteed the payment..that day or the next via eco. Two days later they informed that eco wast working ???so overall 3 days later they western union the funds ..I lost 200 because of this promise. Then with western union due to fees and conversion I lost another 30. To place salt in the injury ..they prevented any bonuses like a third class player after tons of deposits. They owe me 240 for their broken promises

I located the account. From what I understand full payment was made.

The payment team did everything they could to get you paid and sent you a WU as this was the best option available at the time.

This is unnacceptable. Here is why on chat your reps assurred me of payment at a certain time as a promise. It is not my fault your eco payemt syatem went down. Due to your promisee a promise to my landlord was made. It cost 200 in late fees due to your delay. If I'm promised something at a point I should be honoured to this. I can't go to the corner store and pay with winnings promised that day and don't have why should I have to suffer on a promise you made. As well in the w u transfer I lost 35 dollars as they did their own exchange and if money was put straight t my eco acct would have been the right amount. We are in obvious need of mediation. Thus I plead to ask a askgamblers judge over a resolution..I will honour that decision but clearly feel ripped off to prove problems w u isn't even listed as a withdrawal on your sight

No this is not acceptable. You are even admitting to your mistakes..your reps promised a timeline which was not fulfilled and cost me 200 plus 35 over the w u conversion also ironically right after my ability to collect bonuses from slotto or dessert night magically disappeared for no reason..again I ask the askgamblers judge for a resolutionn I will abide by this slotocash kindly no more going around with the same pass the buck response untill ask gambler has made a decision..again ask gambler judge I will abide by this as I hope slotocash does as well
