Sloto' Cash casino lies about bankwire

I won a ranndom jackpot at sloto cash for around 3500. I worked this jackpot up to 6000. I requested a withdrawl for 4000 after submitting all of the sensitive informatiion required to do so. this casino claimed that on the 14th of aug. my withdrawl was processed. It is now beyond the up to 10 days theys they said it would take to post. I called my cc customer service last night and they informed me that not only do they not accept wire transfers, but Slotocash casino never even attempted to deposit these funds. So no transfer was ever sent to my acct from them. now ive opened a mypaylinq acct since it is the only other withdraw option. and have emailed them several times to find out why they lied about processing my withdrawl. and im just told that my case has been sent to the department in charge. The tactics this casino used to draw out my withdraw has been a huge headache and disapointment since ive trusted and enjoyed playing here.
