Slotland Casino - my account suspended

Slotland casino just suspended my account, because I have informed them that we are 4 family member players under one household. Giving them this information, as i red on their terms and conditions that this is not allowed, their billing account just blocked any deposit i wished to make imediatelly after speaking with them.

Its a shame, was a really place to play, but this is unprofessional.

Hi sylvia215,

Due to some strange bug on Askgamblers site, your complaint got posted with like a 3 week long delay, so it only makes sense to conclude that this matter has already been fully resolved to mutual satisfaction.

In a nutshell --- according to Slotland terms, just one account per person is allowed, while all additional accounts (of player himself/herself or belonging to other household members) may be subject to limitations or cancellation, unless verification documents are provided.

This is exactly what happened, so now both sylvia215's account as well as her husband's account are fully active once they sent their docs in, which is quite standard procedure, plus they even received a small compensation for having to do so.

My problem has been solved out. I can play again to slotland casino and have received also a generous bonus. Thank you.
