Slotastic Casino - Could not receive my payment, because they entered wrong info again

I requested a payout of 450 USD last Tuesday. The pick up info reached my email this morning. They left out my middle name. So the teller would not complete the transfer. I've tried every phone number they have and the call is strangely "ended" after every attempt of trying to inform them that they needed to add my middle name. It's the only thing I need in order to successfully receive it. And this only adds to the frustrating experience I've earned in dealing with jackpot capital casinos. Just having an email or computer image of your money is not quite the same as green presidents in your hand. Because of this, I've made it a point not to login to a casino that has a payout pending to lower my chances of reversing or depositing any further until payment is received successfully by me... And this paragraph is a perfect example of why. They are very professional on chat but words are just that when conducting business. Their actions are more deceptive and untrustworthy. They've done this before and canceled payment and returned funds to my casino account which was unnecessary because easily; they could have over the phone, corrected the information ....however it benefited them further not to; in the hopes that i'd play my winnings instead.... which i did play 200 back. Also, they sent a check for 250.00 for a payout before this one. It is un-cash-able at any "check cashing" place that I go to. It goes to show in which direction this casino and its counterparts are headed. And It's not a holy one because they win again! Any help would be great. Thanks
