HI,' I requested a payout of $ 2500 via wire transfer n 12/11. I sent in the required documentation via email and faxed the authorization form and a bank statement. I received a message in the casino that the pictures of my credit card were to blurry. I talked with live chat and inquired why they even needed a copy of my credit card since I had previously received payouts from silver oak casino (twice) who is affiliated with them. The VIP host (did not get his name) stated that those documents were blurry and I should not have been paid. I then went out and actually bought a new digital camera to take better pictures of my credit card and sent it in on 12/16. today (12/17) my withdrawal was denied because " the pictures are too blurry". Todays credits cards are embossed so it is hard to get a clear picture and they also do not scan well. Further if me entering the numbers of my credit card was good enough to deposit money, then it should be good enough to withdraw money. If they want to verify my identity all they need is to call me. Currently I have about 4600 dollars in this casino account. I believe they are just making this difficult so they don't have to pay, and in my opinion Slot Madness and their affiliates should go back to Rogue status. I recently processed a withdrawal from Bovada and they did not ask for any paper work.Interestingly they state 24/7 telephone support on their casino site, but there is no tel. number listed. Is there any way ask gambler can assist me in this?

Hi,

I got an update today that I will be receiving a check via FedEx, possibly this week. I had actually requested a wire transfer, but never mind. jJust hope that I do not have any problems with depositing it. Will keep you posted.
