Slot Madness, high volume?

After sending in several copies of my identification it was FINALLY approved. I made two withdrawls and was told that I had to wait 7-10 buisness days to get an approval. My first withdrawl was approved after 8 buisness days but it has been 2 weeks and still no tracking number for the check. My second withdrawl has passed the 7-10 day waiting period and still has not been approved. I called Slot Madness and they said that everything is high volume right now and it can take longer but the aren't sure how long. I have other friends that are players at Slot Madness and they say that they always say that they are under high volume. I don't know why I gave them my money after knowing what I knew about them but I refuse to give them another penny if I do not receive my checks!
