We had the chance to check into this with the casino. It seems like you've received a phone call from one of the agents who offered you an extra 15% Cashback on your deposit.

Since your deposit was of $30 and the insurance offered was of 15% the amount you were supposed to receive was $6. Instead of crediting $6 the casino credited $15 extra in the account.

We also noticed that you were offered $100 Free Chip for updating your documents. The customer service agent tried to explain you that the $100 couldn't be credited immediately after documentation is received, instead the free chip is credited only once documentation has been checked and approved by accounting department; which depending on how many documentation is being checked at that time, may take up to 24 hours to be verified.

We understand you were upset for not receiving the $100 immediately but please understand info needs to be verified first.

Unfortunately and since you've threatened with a chargeback simply because you did not get the $100 Free chip immediately your $30 were refunded and your account closed. (Chargeback threat is recorded on the chat transcripts)
