Slot Madness Casino - still waiting for 8570$

Hello, my username at slotmadness is pokersep, i had my account for a long time at slotmadness, even before the original operation of "slotmadness casino" was overtaken by the acerevenue affiliate group.

At the moment of the overtake by the acerevenue affiliate group, my account had pending withdrawals over 16026US$ in total until today i recived only 7456$ in total over five transfers:

1656$ on the 16.03.2011

1600$ on the 16.03.2011

1200$ on the 29.07.2011

1500$ on the 04.09.2011

1500$ on the 04.09.2011

all were made to my neteller account .

After several attempts to contact a person in charge i recived several replys by [email protected] someone from the management of the parent casino Silveroakcasino. All replies were positive that they will take care of my payments, but nothing happens and im still waiting for my money!

We have check account pokersep with email [email protected] on Slotmadness. Account was opened on 1/27/2012 7:06:20 PM and no deposits or cash-outs were ever made.

My account with slotmadness casino was created in the end of 2010, long before the Acerevenue group acquired this casino! At the time of the acquisition of the original slotmadnesscasino to the acereveneugroup i had still real money in my account and pending withdrawals.

I was told that my account balance is not affected by the acquisition and all my withdrawals will be honored. Unfortunaly i recived only the before mentioned part of my withdrawals and the remaining part of 8570$ is still unpaid!
