Slot Madness - cant get update on payout

Payout approved on 12/7. I was told it was sent to processor on 12/15 and that I'd receive details in 24 hrs, and if not to email them. I've requested updates every week and just get a rude response saying I'll get tracking info when they have it. Their website indicates they try to pay out in 7-10 days...that's definitely not the case. Would appreciate if you can help get a status of when check will be sent.
