Slot Jungle Casino has granted me withdrawals for over a month
First of all let me begin by stating the fact that I have emails to back up all of my statements below.
I have been playing this site for over a year, not sure exactly how long. I have won a few minor jackpots and they have paid me in a timely manner.
However I won a $3000.00 jackpot. They congratulate you and say you can cash out a maximum of $3000. However that is not what they approve. They nickle and dime you so it will take a few months to cash out. Why, when they say you can take $3K? What is their logic? I have asked and not received a response.
I have been trying to cash out since 3/15, approved on 3/21, however I have not received a dime???? When I asked why they advised that they are experiencing delays in wire transfers and I will receive it in the next few days. I still have not received any money.
In the meantime, since they only give me a small amount each time, not the maximum of $3000, I have several more withdrawals lined up and ready to go, but I have not received any of those.
At the same time they sent me an email stating, "Due to a management decision, your account has been temporarily excluded from using bonus coupons. You are still entitled to any comp points you earn while playing, in order to receive them you will have to contact an account manager. Please continue to play and you will be notified when the exclusion changes by an account manager". What is that about? Unless I play my winnings I cannot benefit from their standard program? I found this completely insulting.
The real fact is that if they would have paid me in a timely manner, like my smaller pots, I would have kept on playing this site and I would not have filed this complaint. I love to play online, but after reading the other reviews it makes me feel like I may be making the wrong decision.
I am just so frustrated! I hope you can help me. Can you recommend a site that does not have these practices? If so I am willing to give it a shot.

You did not have any complaints when I was spending money, but when I win you cut me off and pay me out in bits and pieces.
