SinCity Casino - Won't pay me my winnings, ignoring my emails

Hi , at the end of the month of july i played at sincity casino, i won £1366 playing slots.
I made a withdraw then a few days after i sent my documents as requested. I waited a few days with no answer from them. I went on livechat and asked them if my documents got aproved, they said that they did and i should received my payments within a few days.
A week passed and i still didn't receive my withdraw, so i live chated again with them, this time they told me that can't know anything about my withdraw , only the financial departement can answer me, they told me to email support, so i did, i never received an answer. I tried to contact them a few times with no answer. And everytime i chat with them they tell me they have no information.
This is ridiculous, how can they just take my winnings and ignore me...
Can you please help me.
