Sin City confiscating money

posted on November 5, 2013.

I made a withdrawal, sent documents and a picture of myself holding my passport. Thought everything was fine then got an email saying my winnings were being confiscated because my playing patterns were similar to other players and that it is bonus abuse! This is unreal - I can't control what other players do, and I am not in league with anyone so why am I being penalised like this?!

Please be informed that recently a fraud ring of players has been detected in the online casinos. On daily basis we are collecting information regarding such activities to prevent any kind of casino abuse. We are trying to keep the casino operation on highest quality level possible. We believe that the player in question - Andrew Hodges was a part of this ring. After an extensive review of his casino activity by our audit department, it was decided to void all the remaining winnings and close the account. The amount of his deposit was of course returned to the player.

In case you have any more questions, don't hesitate to contact us again.

This is entirely untrue. I want askgamblers to independently see what Sin City considers as 'proof' as this is a complete fabrication. How can I do this please?
