Silver Oak Casino - Stopped Paying As Promised!

I won $12,500 on Silveroak back in June. Everything was verified and I started receiving checks roughly a month later. I was told by my VIP manager to switch to wire transfers, and did so. I have received to 2 wire transfers, and now nothing for over a month! Every time I call I get the same answer "it should come in anytime!". I contacted payouts today and was told they are having delays with wires, and they can't tell me when my $ will come. I'm still owed $6250!

First, I’m sorry you’ve experienced the delays you have. Absolutely, we experienced some serious issues holding up wire transfers and unfortunately, you were caught up in this.

Anyhow, here’s the latest for you: A wire was sent off to you, 9/21—I would imagine that hit your bank days ago. Next, a payment has been approved and processed as of 10/9, with another payment waiting to be sent off to processing.

I’ll keep an eye on things to ensure there the balance of your payments go forward smoothly from here.

Hi Tawni,

Unfortunately I still have not received the payment that was sent off on 9/21. The last payment I received was on 9/9/15 from a withdrawal that was approved on 8/24/15. My next withdrawal that was approved was on 9/7/15, and I'm still waiting for that payment. If a payment was just approved on 10/9, that means I am waiting on 3 payments to be paid, as well as the remaining balance that is still pending approval.

Hi Plesh113,

As of now, all of your outstanding payments have been approved--there is nothing pending.

What is troubling is that you've not yet received that payment sent on 9/21. Obviously, by now you should have received this and to that end, I've asked our Finance Department to query all financial institutions involved. Absolutely, we need to get to the bottom of this.

I'm so sorry that I don't have more info at this time, but the moment I do, I'll be posting.

Hi Tawni,

Yesterday I received a check for $1250 minus fees. I logged on and saw that all other pending withdrawals have been approved like you said. I'm still owed $5000 as of today, including the two checks totaling $3750 that were just approved. It seems the only trouble we are having is the $1250 wire transfer that has somehow disappeared! I appreciate you being so helpful, and feel confident you will find out what's going on. I will let you know if I receive any more checks, or the missing wire transfer $. I'll update soon. Thanks.

Very happy to hear you're seeing things moving in the right direction.

As to that missing wire, I received word that it should be clearing early this week (if it hasn't already).

I'm happy to say that the wire was received yesterday morning. With the wire coming in, and the check I received last week, I am only owed $3750 at this point. I'm sure the checks will roll in within the next few weeks. I must say that the entire staff at Silver Oak, as well as yourself personally have gone above and beyond to help figure out this confusing situation.
