Silver Oak Casino - Seriously delaying payment

RESOLVED
posted on January 31, 2016.

Silveroaks FAQ states that "withdrawals is 10 business days to be approved and 7 business days to be sent, plus the delivery time." Despite being a VIP the wire withdrawal request for $2000 I placed on 1/09 has still not been sent to the processor. When I contact my VIP host I receive responses such as; "we're doubling the notes" or "it's the weekend contact us on Monday", then "contact us again in 72 hours", etc. I tried calling but when they transfer me to my "VIP Host" I get hung up on and then an email saying "I don’t know what is going on with my phone but it keeps hanging up. " They are clearly stalling as much as possible and it's not right. It's been over 20 days now since the request was submitted and it not yet making it to the processor is unacceptable.

Hi LimeLight99,

I'm so sorry about what's happened here. We've had a bit of a backlog, which is finally easing up.

Your payment has been escalated as high priority, meaning this should be in the next batch of check payments going out.

I'll keep an eye on this and I'll be sure to let you know once the payment is sent.

All the best,

Tawni

Hi Tawni,

I requested a wire not a check and sent my banking swift code, routing number etc. once when I made the initial request from the website and a second time via email. Can you please tell me when the wire will be sent to my account?

I think its safe to say SilverOaks is no longer paying out in 2016. If you look right now there are 5 open complaints all submitted around the December/January time frame and despite all the responses from Tawni not one person has been payed out. AskGamblers can the banner at the top of this page be changed from "Delayed payouts, but players getting their money" to "Casino no longer paying out."?

@AskGamblers can the clock be reset on this as I've still not been contacted by any silveroaks representatives.

So despite requesting the withdrawal method be wire 6 times they still insisted on sending me a check which I know once I receive won't be able to cash and will add more of a delay for them not having to actually pay me. In addition, they said the check will be for $1630 which is $370 less then I requested(and got approved for). I can understand a $40 processing fee but $370!?! and it's a check which costs nothing to print out and is the cheapest method of transferring money. Of course I got no response when asked why they subtracted $370 (20%). Again though this is all stall tactics and I would be shocked to receive a dime at this point.

Hi LimeLight99,

Unfortunately, we've still not received tracking. I would expect we will be receiving it tomorrow or certainly no later than early next week. As soon as we receive this, we will contact you via email with the tracking information.

All the best,

Tawni

Strange how a check that was sent on 2/3 via FedEx 11 days later still hasn't arrived or even produced a tracking a number.

Hi LimeLight99,

I've checked on the status of your payment and I can see FedEx attempted delivery, but there appears to be an issue with the address.

I know Ally contacted you last week with the tracking info and she has also contacted you today (leaving an urgent voice mail) regarding the delivery. If you can please contact Ally straight away, it would be appreciated.

All the best,

Tawni

I've received the check today but the ATM would not allow me to deposit. I will have to walk in to a branch tomorrow to deposit. I'll will provide another update tomorrow.
