Silver Oak won't pay me my $1,916

According to Silver Oak, I'm supposedly a VIP. My withdrawal was approved on Aug. 3rd. I'm getting the runaround with vague responses when I ask when I will be paid. I called the customer support line, however, I get a recording, and then it just disconnects me. I have lost a few thousand dollars on this site, and certainly didn't expect payout problems. I have submitted every document they have requested. Yet no word on when my winnings will be paid. If this is how they treat their VIPs, then I just need to stick with gambling in Las Vegas. Casinos in Las Vegas actually pay you when you when, imagine that!

I should be receiving my money by Friday. I guess I didn't allow Silver Oak enough processing time before making my complaint. My apologies. Will update when I am paid.
