Silver Oak will not payout winnings
I received a free $250 voucher to try out their casino and won just under $12,000 and at first was told the requirements for cash out was that i had to of wagered more than $7,500 before i could cash out so i ended up wagering over $10,000 and still had about $11,500 in my account. sent documents they said were required for withdraw and waited 3 days still couldn't make a withdraw so i called and was told the must i would be able to cash out was 5 times the original voucher so $1,250 and that my documents were still being processed and to call back. so i went back to the casino and lost all of the money won except for the $1250 I was told i would be allowed to cash out. I call back the next day and i am told that they will not pay and they are going to put my account to a zero balance, because i played 9 rounds of roulette out of the thousands wagered and hours of playing they said they would not pay over 9 rounds of roulette. dont ask me what the problem is with playing roulette it is not where any of the money was won if anything i lost money there. This casino is a COMPLETE rip off and i urge you to avoid this place and play at reputable casino's because this one is NOT. Don't play at Silver Oaks if you like to win because even if you do they WILL NOT PAY
