Silver Oak will not Pay


With an approved $50 deposit to the casion I played for three days and won $500. Once I tried to collect my winnings I was told the intial deposit was never approved. Now after talking to several customer service people I can not get anwser other than, "sorry".

Very misleading practice and terrible customer service.
