My name is Shawn and I am the CS manager here at Silver Oak Casino.
Thank you for letting us know of the complaint and allowing us to respond.
This was an unfortunate incident. Basically what happened was that we sent a mass email to past players, this player should not have received this promotion since we cannot accept deposits from Indonesia nor send withdrawals there, we are simply not set up for it, neither legally or by banking. It could be that the player was marked as a different country for some reason.
The player never deposited, he came and played this promotion that was sent by email (free chip), but unfortunately we cannot keep the account open nor send any withdrawals because by our T&C we do not accept players from that country. We apologized by phone and chat to the player several times, and we of course understand the frustration he must be feeling, but I'm afraid there is nothing more we can do. We of course honor our promotions and this was definitely a mistake on out part and we do accept some blame and would like to once again apologize to the player.

Pretty fair stuff from Casino Oak. I was reading the chat thinking "ugh this is a real mess" until I got to the No Deposit part and - whilst I can see how the player would be devastated - I mean really...what's the casino supposed to do here? There's nothing they can do but apologise.
It's not like they accepted deposits only to 'discover' they couldn't process withdrawals. They have no possible motive as there is no possible way they can advantage from the incident. A mistake was made but no one profited from it, no one lost money either.
Player needs to chin up because he's going to face some WAY bigger disappointments than this in online gambling - from casinos who have clear intent to steal from him.
Also, I've always though Free Chips and No-Deposit bonuses were silly. And I have a right to say that, as all the freebie chasers tie up CS with [what I'm certain] are way less valid concerns than this [understandably] disappointed player.
