Silver Oak is not paying out for my withdrawl

To keep it short. Silver Oak has not paid me my winnings that I have requested over a month ago. I have sent all documents that they requested and followed every request detail they asked for. They still have not made any effort to send my withdrawl. All I get is the run around. What action I take at this point?

Hello Tracy,

We looked into your account and found that you have submitted some of your documents for verification. On September 12th a message was added to your casino lobby to inform you that two documents are still required so that everything can be verified and your withdrawal can be processed.

I cannot post on a public forum which documents are required however if you log in and check your messages you will see it there, or call the toll free number available to you when you log in and a customer service representative will provide you with the details mentioned above.

Once you have taken care of this, your withdrawal will be processed for you.

It appears that the same documents are still outstanding. The documents are standard documents required for a withdrawal to be processed.
