Silver Oak Excessive Wait Time for Payouts

I've been playing at Silver Oak for a while now, but I have never made a withdraw because I always end up losing all the money back to them because of the long pending withdrawal wait time, but now all my documents are ready.

So recently I play and instead of losing it all, I decide that I would withdraw for the first time. So I withdrew $185 via UseMyWallet, it was approved in about a week and I was told it was sent to me and that it should arrive in 7-10 business days.

Ten business day past and nothing, so I go to live chat and they tell me, IT WAS NEVER SENT. From my past experience at other sites UseMyWallet transfer take a couple days, but really it's immediate if they wanted to send it right away.

Now they're trying to escalate my case because their payout dept is independent from their customer support, which know just about as much as I do about what's going on. Hence the, come back in a couple days response every time I talk to them.

Sent an email to payout dept, but they never responded. They didn't send any email regarding my withdraw, even though live help said they would, but then again that person was also the one who said it was already sent and would come soon.

I don't doubt silver oak will come through with my money, but this excessive wait time for payouts is just unacceptable. Why even tell people, it will take 'X' day to be approve and sent, only to have me wait a month to find out it was never sent.

I'm a little bit frustrated to say the least. I hope this problem gets resolve and Silver Oak gets their act together, but only time will tell.

After about 2 weeks of waiting and continual visits to their live chat operators for help, they continue to escalate my problem and finally today I receive my money. So if you don't mind waiting over a month and having to fight for your payout, Silver Oak might be the casino for you.
