Silver Oak Casino wont pay me

won a little not even a grand just trying out the place cashed out on Jan 30th got all docs approved for withdraw 31st approved for payment feb 6th told ill receive a check and tracking for check in 7 -10 days 12 days later not a single response reguarding my withdraw and there phone support says that cant do anything and the payouts email i was given hasnt responded to any of several emails
