Silver Oak Casino won't let me make a deposit.
I actually have two complaints... #1 Silver Oak Casino will not let me make a deposit because they said the deposit limit has been reached by processors for the month. They said I could make another deposit on Oct. 15. I don't think this is right. #2 Silver Oak made me ineligible for no max cashout, no playthrough bonuses. They said it's because I'm a good player. How can anyone be a "good" player at keno and slot machines? This is how I am treated as a VIP? At least they said I was one. I've probably lost close to $20,000 with this casino and just wanted askgamblers.com to know this is how this casino treats its customers.

Unfortunately once reached the deposit limit with the processor there is nothing the Casino can do about it. This is handled by the Processor itself and not the Casino.
