Silver Oak Casino withdrawl problems

On 3/7/13 i faxed and emailed all required paperwork for a withdrawl i requested for 2500. I called them today 3/19/13 and was told my request was denied because they did not recieve my paperwork. I sent to them both fax and email and have confirmation that they both went through. Please help. Ive read this is common practice with them.

 Player never sent missing documents and there's no any pending withdrawal! Also, player never replied to this complaint, so it can be marked as solved!
