Silver Oak Casino - Withdrawl Denied

I deposited $60 w/o any bonuses attached. I won $104 and requested a withdrawl. The withdrawl status disappeared. I noticed the next day my account said $0.00 withdrawable. I was thinking that means that my money has been processed. They denied my withdrawl and refused to pay me my money. I want this solved. It is unfair that SIlver Oak Casino won't pay my money back. I really thought this was a good casino online. Customer service representative don't even try to help.

Dear Player:

After checking your account with the casino we've noticed you've requested a $104 withdrawal on 2/1/2014 2:03:26 PM and canceled that same withdrawal request on 2/4/2014 2:38:32 AM playing all your balance and leaving it in zero.

Please be aware that when the Casino denies a cash-out Account History will show it asTransaction denied; on the other hand when is the player the one cancelling the transaction it will appear as Transaction canceled which unfortunately is your case. Once a player cancels a cash-out and spends all the balance there is nothing the Casino can do about it.

I never logged in on that day and asked for a withdrawl. I don't know who would do that. My computer might be hacked and logged in. I want this solved Askgambler please do not close case til this is resolved.

After checking your login history everything indicates that from day one (2/1/2014 10:34:49 AM); when you've opened the account and until 2/4/2014 2:56:37 AM which is the last time you've logged in; only one single IP appears registered on your casino account therefore your cash-out was canceled from your IP address.

As I stated before I didn't login to my account on the 2/4/2014. I never gave anyone my account information. AskGambler please don't close this case until it is resolved.

According to the Casino there are chat transcripts held with Casino agents and you asking about Withdrawal Cancellations at 01:33:38 02/04/2014 and another one at 01:46:53 02/04/2014.

We are forwarding your login history along with the chat transcripts to AskGamblers to prove someone canceled the cash out and spent the money using your account and from your same IP.

As stated before I never logged in my account for cancellation for my withdrawl. Silver Oak Casino customer service in trying to help customers found outwhat happen is unsatisfyong. I don't think I would like to recommend this casino to anyone. Askgambler please don't close my case.

 Casino sent all the evidence which shows that withdrawal was canceled, not denied and that can be done only from the player's side! Players are responsible for their accounts, so even if there was someone else, from the same IP, who canceled withdrawal, there's no guilt on the side of the casino! Complaint solved!
