My withdrawal was approved for 2500.00 on 3-25-2013 and I have not heard one word from them. I have sent two emails to payout support and spoke with live support to no avail. What do I have to do to get my money or even a response???

That money that was in my account was not put there by me. Please look into how that got there and why wouldn't you just take out whatever the amount was and send me what I rightfully won. This sounds like an excuse not to pay out.

I emailed all the required documention yesterday. I sent a copy of my DL (front & Back), I sent a copy of my CC (front & back), I sent a copy of my utility bill and the completed Silver Oak Withdrawal form. Please just send me my money and quit finding excuses not to send it. It's only $200 dollars of which was deducted from the $2500 I won.
