silver is a scam in a rip I spent over $900 within a month on different deposits.they did not for pay me any money that I won. I had 3 withdrawals one for $1200 that I won on a slot, I also has one for $700 and one for $500. When I asked the status of my withdrawals they said they were all unapproved due to playing unapproved games which I won on the slots which were approved games,. I argued back and forth on chat and did no good. Silver oak decided to take the whole amount of $2400 of my withdrawals and not give it back so it was a whole month of playing and trying to win for nothing they took it all including my $900. I talked to jasper in chat and he offered me $250 with a 290% bonus will put me at $970 or around that amount also said no cash out limit I played some and lost a little and tried to withdraw it to get my money back at least and once again they denied it saying I cannot cash out a bonus what a joke so once again they cheated me I even tried to cash out only $500 and they denied it again so eventually I played it all and lost. They are scammed and rip offs will steal your money and come up with an excuse for every withdrawal I won over $2400 which they took back with my own personal $900. Do not ever play on this website unless you want to get robbed.

Why was I told my account would be reset and they would give me $250 with 290% no limit bonus would put me at $970 and there would be no limit on my withdrawal and when I tried to withdraw the money it was declined? That was a little deceiving I only accepted that over fighting for the money I won because I expected to at least get some of my money back .

Hi Audrey,

Your situation was complicated from the get-go, due to the fact that you were playing excluded games. In an effort to smooth the situation, the casino went ahead and did give you the $250 + CRUSH290, giving you $975 back into your account, Feb. 9. You then requested two separate withdrawals of $500 each on Feb. 10 and another in the amount of $500, Feb. 13.

One of your withdrawals from Feb. 10 was denied as we were missing certain documents necessary--that $500 was placed back into your account. You also cancelled another $500 on Feb. 16. The third withdrawal, you also cancelled on Feb. 19. Unfortunately, there is nothing further we can do with this.
