Silver Oak Casino - Problem with Payouts

I won atotal of 2420 and 2500 on 3-7-13. The money was said to be approved on 3-14 and processed on 4-1. I have had numerous conversations with the VIP Manager who more or less says everything is following as it should. I finally contacted my bank on 4-19 to find out about wire transfers. I was told the bank had a different number (routing) for wire transfers.I was not aware of a different routing number. I gave the Silver Oak casino the new number on 4-19. As of today, 4-24 Silver Oak is saying I made the mistake and they do not know how long it will take to clear. When asked about the second amount, I was told the first one had to be paid first. Can you please help me? I am on a fixed income and could sure use this money. I would appreciate your help.
