Silver Oak Casino - payment rates

Silver Oak has confirmed that they owe me 19,545 dollars but I am unable tto collect. I received a payment 6 weeks ago but nothing since. If they were to pay me at the rate of 1000 monthly I will not receive total payout for almost 2 years> How do I collect my money at the 5000 a month rate originally promised.

Still no answer to a not difficult question. I assume the next answer will be that they will check" with upper management". That apears to be the casino's reply when there is no good explanation to why payouts are not happening. I', very confused as to their intention. They have already stated that the money is owed to me. The only thing that needs checking is when and how I will be paid.

On 3/8/2013 at 11:59:26 AM a $1.000 Wire Transfer has been processed

On 3/15/2013 2:23:05 PM a $1.500 Wire Transfer has been processed

On 4/1/2013 at 3:24:07 PM a $1.500 Wire Transfer has been processed

A payment for $2046 has been approved 4/1/2013 at 7:20:43 PM and should be processed soon

Thank you for this information. I will be anxious to see if these payments actually arrive as I have been waiting for the 3/8 payment now for almost a month and if it did indeed go to the processors then I should have already received it and have not. I'm not sure what you mean by processed but there is no way a wire should take more than 5 days.

This csino has obviously been lying about having sent funds(a small portion of what they owe), What do I do now as it looks like there is no way I will be paid. I would like to recoup the money deposited with them. Is this possible?

We have been informed that another payment for $2045 has been processed on 4/15/2013 1:39:26 PM.

Since P7 sent you a payment Silver Oak is not able to process any payment yet due to velocity limits; since both casinos use the same processor.

In case you accept to get paid via check then Casino will be able to process another payment sooner

I have not been contacted and I have been asking about these supposedly processed deposits for close to a month with no answer. Also I don't understand why Silver Oak says they can't pay because I received payments from Planet 7. Silver Oak owes me significantly more money than Planet 7 so why did they not pay first. At this point I do not know which casino is paying out. However I have a total for both and am still owed close to 16 thousand dollars which has been outstanding now for 4 months .

Still no answers and no money. The fact that I finally received payment from planet 7 should not have any effect whatsoever on my Silver Oak payout. Again. When will I receive my money?
