and I won $400.00 and had a withdraw on 11/25 and still says pending . I have signed on multi times and get the same answer " we are backed up and trying to get to you as soon as we can" they advertise 10 days to approve have asked a manager contact me in email they don't. How would they feel if we could play lose and pay them months later? I used to like this casino but they are falling apart it should not take a month and tired of the bs.

This did not work !! I drove 10 miles to get to western union and they told me U1503- TXNpaid only in pay area indicated by sender . This is really getting me upset why was a check not sent out and you did western union and why was there 93.00 taken out?

Dear Player:

Casino always sends an email with Pick-up information and a reminder that money has to be picked up on same State indicated on the address on file. The address on file indicates your State is IA and that's where money has been sent out to.

By sending you a person to person Money transfer instead of a check; Casino tried to save you some time by expediting your payment by at least 2 weeks. Please keep in mind that checks take at least 2 weeks to be delivered and a couple of weeks more (depending on the Bank) until it clears.

Please confirm once payment has been picked up.
