Silver Oak Casino - Over 1 MONTH and NO PAYOUT

I am writing this complaint about Silver Oak Casino. I requested a withdrawal on April 1, 2014. It is now May 2nd and still have not received a payment. My withdrawal was approved on April 16th. 11 business days after the initial withdrawal request. In Silver Oak's terms and condition it says your withdrawal request will be approved within 7 to 10 business days. I had to call and email them on the 11th business day and tell them my withdrawal had not yet been approved. While they did get it approved it took 15 days (11 business days) a phone call and an email. Now it is over a month and no payment. By no means do I see over 1 MONTH to get a payment from a withdrawal request as being expedient or Silver Oak doing their best to get customers their payout quickly. Oh, by the way I am supposedly a VIP player too! I believe over a month to receive a payout is way way way to long for any casino to payout winnings.

I'm so sorry you experienced the long delay. Part of the problem was that during the Easter holiday week, processing was almost non-existent, which caused delays with just about everything.

The good news is, I can see from the FedEx tracking that your check was delivered this morning to your address.

Thank you Twani. I did finally receive the correct payment on 5/6/14. In the future, I hope Silver Oak Casino can expedite their payments.
