Silver Oak Casino not paying withdraw

I have tried on three separate occasions to withdraw money. Once as a O/E payment and twice as a wire transfer. All three times My withdraw was denied due to ??? I sent in all the required info as requested and was still denied. I can understand maybe not getting one email but three, twice to [email protected] and once to [email protected] I played slots just like I was supposed to and then other games. I won fair and square and I'd just like to get my withdraw of $1200. I was hoping that this was a legitimate company but now I have my doubts.

Hi, I got with Amanda and she had me send the info once again this time sending each document in a separate email. This makes 15 separate emails, all the emails did go thru as NO "failure to deliver" message was sent back. So well see.

I have requested a withdraw again. it says i should know within 48 hrs if its disapproved. but take up to 10 days to pay, so I'll be waiting to hear back.

It's been 8 days and still no reply on withdraw. I read that 10 days was the maximum time needed for a withdraw. Also, 2 days was the maximum time needed for a denial, so then I guess I've been approved !! But I still wish to keep this open until I get answer !! 2 days left

Well its been over 10 business days since I was approved. Here is the last response I got.

"Your payment will be made within 7 business days of approval. Withdrawal times may vary due to processor availability. " I am still waiting. I would be willing to try this casino out again if they would just pay me???

Bonus you've redeemed is a NON CASHABLE bonus; meaning bonus amount which in this case was of $200 is removed from winnings upon withdrawal approval.
