Silver Oak Casino not payed

I won $2002.00 cash out and sent in all the paper work, finally got approved for cash out on oct 28th, 2011. spoke with them many times at silver oak . still havent been payed. i have pictures and proof, of my winnings. Its really been since oct 18th, but they said they never got the paper work, , so they said to email them which i did, .

We looked into this issue on your behalf and found the following::

- After your documents were confirmed, your withdrawal request was sent to the payouts department
- A cheque was sent out on November 11th. You should receive the check later this week, likely by Thursday or possibly on Friday if there was any delivery delay.

well they said they mailed me a check nov 11th, its now nov, 15, havent recived it yet.

nov 16th i recieved a check fro silver oak. thankyou
